Capoeira is a fun activity for kids to establish mental and physical strength. Our class encourages playful and spontaneous self-expression. It is also a caring environment that cultivates tolerance, teamwork, respectfulness and self-confidence. 

Children will learn Capoeira through movement games, story-telling, singing and dancing, as well as learning to play traditional instruments of Capoeira, even to make their own instruments!
